HEY GUYS. So first things first, I will be in Denver for the greater part of this week. Which is the first point on my fail checklist.

SECOND point of my fail check list is this: I am pretty much out of functioning computers (I'm at the public library at the moment). The logic board on my Mac has died and thus while my computer turns on and is fully functional, won't display anything on the screen. My mother's PC is made of fail and AIDS and is currently being fixed but won't be fixed before I get back.

So I might be able to make slow tags while I'm away, I don't think I'll be doing anything super awesome. So 6, we can keep doing that log, I'm totally happy to do so, I'll just be a second before I can get back to it.

Tieria and Nill will also be present at the christmas ball (Tieria in his fancy lady dress. Cause. I suck. As established) once I have a computer, but again might be a little late in the game. I will have my Mobile AIM up and running so if you need to get in touch with me for whatever reason (g00 cast, if you need to godmod a little with Vowels, I trust you) hit me up at VelcroBirdy.

As we enjoy the temporary peaceful atmosphere, I wonder if anyone has information about the food served in the cafeteria. It would be quite useful to make a list of all the different food and its strange effects, mostly to prevent unfortunate accidents. In case that anyone has worked on such a list already, it would be very much appreciated if you shared it with me.

*The video screen flickers to life, showing a tiny striped doll huddled amongst a pile of torn up papers.*

They’re coming. The painted faces. They come with sharp arms. Faster and faster. They hide. And they run. Seeking. Careful ... careful ...

*There is a metallic skittering sound in the distance and the speaker cuts off abruptly. He clutches the key around his neck and waits, looking around the room for what he knows is there but can not see. The sound comes again, closer now, and the doll looks up with an expression of pure horror. Something dashes down, so fast that it is only a blur. There is a strangled yell and the sound of metal scraping against metal. The images shown swing violently as the device transmitting them is lifted up and spun around ... reveling the large stained glass windows of the Chapel and a wall colored red with bloody letters. Then it cuts off in static.*

I'm going to be out of town from Sunday the 20th to Sunday the 27th. I should have internet access during that time, which I'll use to (try to) keep up with the log Prussia is in, but feel free to skip him as much as you want during that time. If you need to know for IC mentions or whatever, you can expect him to be more on the serious (tactician) side of his personality (with the exception of snipes about Poland, gone or not) and supportive of Germany.

Well, one person knows, but I'm going to be gone from the 23rd December, til the 6th of January. The reason? A holiday to Japan, which I'm thrilled to my toes about.

Yeah. It's that time of year and as such, i've made plans to go down to see my mom and my family for X-mas and all that fun stuff so from the 22nd-29th i'm gonna be pretty AFK from posts and anything RP-related as i'mma try to be social and hang with my family who I haven't seen in a good few months instead of being a computer-nerd in the basement ><

So.

If I do post at all, it'll be rare and blotchy but i'll do what I can. Though it saddens me that i'll be away for the happy event and back for the bad one xD

Sorry for the lack of Christmas event updates or even me doing my usual modly duties. I got a botched root canal on two teeth a couple of months ago, and the pain became so unbearable I have been medicated for the better part of this week and went in for oral surgery today. I'm still pretty heavily medicated (you have no idea how many tries it took me to write this coherently) and barely able to stay awake or think clearly, and that's not getting into the pain.

So I defer to my lovely co-mod, Kris, for any and all issues until I have recovered. Happy Holidays and always remember to brush your teeth!

At this juncture I don't think its warranted to express any sort of surprise at the changing of our surroundings. I think it is entirely reasonable to assume 1) that this is going to continue to occur, and 2) that yes, it quite frightening and unwarranted, but is going to continue to happen and the sooner any of us accept this, the sooner we can, ideally, move on.

Admittedly, I too am struggling with this. Yes, it is difficult to remain calm while one's life is at stake, but if we are to truly survive this is something we must cope with. Brash actions and attempting to make oneself into some kind of hero will only result in injury, perhaps even death. And if one wishes to put themselves in such a situation, they may do so alone.

It is selfish to ask others to march to their deaths, we are here indefinitely. Simply come to terms with that.

Kinda late but... I'm on hiatus until the middle of January, maybe longer, depending on how things work out. Things being my studies, more specifically Hebrew.

I just hope that I can catch up and get my Hebraicum in February, if not... I don't know. It has to work. So ahhh need to cut down on my roleplaying hours, and since I don't want to drop AP, hiatus times.

Affects Latvia. He had an encounter with a monster, got injured a bit and didn't wake up when he went to sleep afterwards. The reasons for that aren't entirely physical.
So yeah, he'll be asleep soundly in his room. Others may or may not notice.
